How much is the subscription box?
You set the amount, you can choose the amount you pay from £15 upwards, and best of all you can upgrade, downgrade, pause, and restart, whenever and as often as you. Postage is only charged on the first box, all subsequent boxes receive free postage while you are on the plan.
You pick the date your box is ordered and payment is taken, and this can be amended as you wish
What is in the subscription box and is it right for my dog?
Each box is tailored to your dog/dogs, there is no bulk packing here, as a small business, I am here for your dog’s individual needs and wants.
Each month the contents will change based on your dogs tastes, so it is an exciting, different selection each month.
Just tell me about your dog and update me as we go along, and I will update their record, with their likes and dislikes.

If you see anything your dog wants to particularly try just message me and I will ensure it is included in your box, this is any of our range including new products, antlers, wood chews, etc.
Can I add to the subscription box?
Yes of course. There is no obligation to buy anything else. Some of our customers love the surprise of the subscription box and order extra chews to enjoy alongside. If you add extra items these will be delivered free of charge together with your subscription box.
What isn’t in the doggie subscription box?
We don’t send any toys, supplements, or treatments as I believe these are personal to your dog.
Can I request specific items in my dog’s subscription box?
Yes!!! If you see anything you want to particularly try just message me and I will ensure it is included in your box, this is any of our range including new products, antlers, wood chews, etc
What dogs are the subscription boxes suitable for?
Raw fed, fresh feeders, kibble dogs, there is no judgement here, our chews and treats are for all dogs, whatever their size, age, breed or diet!!
What if I need to cancel?
Hey, no hard feelings, its not for everyone, you are free to order to cancel at any time.
You can still order as you wish if you want or not at all!!
