Terms and Conditions
- We try our very best to dispatch your orders in 2 working days, but occasionally we may need an extra day to assemble your order and get it dispatched. Should there be any delay, we will endeavor to let you know as soon as possible.
- Postcodes excluded form the mainland postage are for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Isles, please see the checkout for the postage options for these areas.
- Postcodes AB10-16, AB21-25, AB30-56, BT1-82, BT92-94, DD6-11, EH35-40, EH42-46, FK14, FK18-19, FK20, FK21, PA20-80, PH6-16, PH20-26, PH30-50, All JE and GY, IV1-56, IV63, KA 27-28, KW1-17, HS1-9, All IM, KY9-10, KY14-16, PH17-19, TD1-8, TD10-14, TR21-25, ZE1-3 maybe sent with Royal Mail, and are subject to an additional 1-2 days delivery time.
- Tracking numbers are provided for mainland England, Scotland and Wales orders, excluding the above postcodes. Please check your spam folder for the tracking email, and if not received within a few hours of your ordr dispatched email, contact us at woof@friendandcanines.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.
- Any order discrepancies or damage must be reported within 2 days of your order being received, If an order arrives damaged, please send pictures and your order and contact details within 2 days of delivery to woof@friendandcanines.co.uk in order for us to raise a claim and replace your items.
- If you do not receive your order within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us on 07825513611 or email woof@friendsandcanines.co.uk. Claims may not be raised after this time.
- Please contact us ASAP on 07825513611 if you need to amend or cancel your order.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses and/or postcodes inputted on the order. Address changes or cancellations can not be actioned after the order is complete. Orders sent to the incorrect address can only be resent once returned to F+C, and will be subject to additional postage costs, if a refund is required it will be minus the outbound and return postage costs.
- If you need to return your order,it will be at your own cost and outbound postage will not be refunded. Refunds are not actioned until the goods are received at Friends and Canines and confirmed that they are in the same condition as when sent.
- In order to protect our natural environment, we try to limit our packaging. As a company specialising in natural dog treats, we try to minimise use of plastic packaging in most instances. We also encourage our customers to reuse packaging the paper treats arrive in for dog enrichment and all packaging will have only contained dog-safe products so are safe for dogs that like to tear away at boxes.
- Multiple portions will be packaged together to reduce the amount of packaging used as part of our commitment to the environment.
- If you require treats to be packaged separately, or in separate boxes, please get in touch with the Friends & Canines team as they will be happy to accommodate your needs. However, please be aware that there may be a small additional charge for additional packaging.
- All sizes and weights where given are approx.
- The products supplied by Friends and Canines are natural so sizes, colours, and shapes of products will vary.
- We can not guarantee that the treats have not been in contact with our other animal-based products, so if your dog has a serious allergy please contact us before ordering.
- Returns can only be accepted if the items are incorrect or faulty as they are classed as food items.
- Use by date on the treats is a minimum of 3 months, as long as the treats are stored in a dry, cool area, out of direct sunlight.
- Any return postage costs will not be refunded and refunds will not be issued until the goods have been received at Friends and Canines.
- We do post to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Isles but there are Postage restrictions please see point 2.
