Okay so I’m not going to be able to make picking up poop fun! That’s just a job that needs to be done!

But you do have choices.

Remember to have fun with your dog!

Not everyone is the same, and no dog is the same, so you do you!

What do you and your dog enjoy?

Tricks, agility, flyball, scent work, walks??

Remember to have fun with your dog!

And things change!

Just because you’ve done something in the past, doesn’t mean you have to always do it!!

You and your dog change, interests change so why not try something new?

Age and mobility can be a huge factor too, for you and your dog.

Definitely find an interest and trainer that suits you!!

I hate obedience classes!!! There I’ve said it!! It bores me!!!!

And if it bores me, my dog will pick up on that too!! Ever been in a bad mood then your dog misbehaves??

Life is too short, only go if if it benefits you and your dog!

Not every dog trainer will suit you and your dog, I contacted loads back before I found Sarah from Dogskool, and now I’ve been in her classes for 8 years!!!! Not necessarily that we “need” more training but because I enjoy it!!

Plus I’ve added 4 dogs to my household since finding Sarah, I blame her for my collie obsession!!

What do they love?? Rebel loves food!! Why not try the treat selection for your training session?

Harvey loves praise, he loves to hear good boy and get a cuddle, in fact once in a flyball competition he climbed on the box judge’s knee gave them a kiss and cuddle before getting the ball (hence we don’t do flyball now!)
